Return Policy

At Islam4Kids, we aim to ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers. Due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned as they cannot be reused or resold.

If you receive a damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery. In such rare cases, a return or refund may be initiated after thorough verification of your claim, as per our policy.

Damages due to neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not be covered.
Our products may contain natural extracts and ingredients. Please perform a patch test before full use.

Refund Policy

Islam4Kids is not liable for any damages reported after delivery.
To claim a refund for missing, broken, leaked, or incorrect items, an unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory.
Email us at support@islam4kids.in with subject line “Refund For [Order ID]” and include relevant photos/videos.
If your package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Claims for non-received items marked as “delivered” must be made within 3 days.

Important:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days, post-approval.
Prepaid refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.
All refunds will be accompanied by relevant screenshots and a transaction ID.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted for prepaid order cancellations.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If a prepaid order is returned after dispatch, ₹75 will be deducted for shipping/handling.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 days.
